Observation

#2(a) During today's visit there were materials within reach of children under age 3 years smaller than 1 3/4 in diameter. All small items were made inacessible to young children immediatly during the visit. #3(c) Pinching hazards were observed today to include: The green chains on two swings were not covered. On the airplane toy the top blue rail has two missing bolts in what would be where the pilot sits. This creates a possible pinching hazard since the rail can slide. Also on the air plane on the right wing, there is a bolt that extends out far enough to create a pinching hazard.
